If your goal for your 2003-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke is to achieve higher horsepower and improve reliability, it’s time to replace the factory Variable Geometry Turbocharger (VGT). Our non-VGT T4 S300 turbo kit enhances performance without compromising drivability. The simplified design eliminates issues such as stuck vanes, a seized unison ring, and faulty solenoids. Thanks to the airflow improvements provided by a T4 foot, S300-based turbo, your 6.0L Powerstroke will perform exceptionally well at mid-range and higher RPMs, along with reduced exhaust gas temperatures (EGT).

New and Improved
Our Gen 2 non-VGT T4 S300 turbo kit improves upon the original design by removing the aluminum turbo pedestal. By retaining the OEM pedestal, you can reuse your 6.0L Powerstroke’s factory exhaust, air intake, and hot-side intercooler pipe. Additionally, the proprietary exhaust housing included with all our S300 turbochargers allows for seamless integration with the OEM pedestal and oil drain line.

What It Comes With:
Our non-VGT T4 S300 turbo kit is a bolt-on solution that includes everything necessary for a smooth installation. This package consists of heavy-duty T304 stainless steel up-pipes with a high-flow T4 flange, the T4 exhaust housing compatible with the factory turbo pedestal, a -6 oil supply line with -6 fittings, and all required installation hardware. You will also have the option to choose a hand-built Smeding Diesel turbo.

Turbo Options:
Whether you need a turbo for towing, everyday work, drag racing, or sled pulling, we have the right option for you. Our entry-level turbo features a cast compressor wheel S362 utilizing Smeding’s proven 68mm turbine wheel. The next size up includes our billet wheel S363 SXE, which also uses the 68mm turbine, along with a performance-engineered billet S363 SXE-R option. Beginning with our billet wheel S364, we introduce the larger 73mm turbine wheel for higher flow, used in our cast S366, as well as our billet S366 SXE, billet S369 SXE, and billet S372 SXE-R units. All T4 S300 turbos come with a .91 A/R exhaust housing.

For Reference:

*An S366/74/.91 A/R will support 600-640 hp, and 190cc to 225cc injectors are recommended

*A cast S362/68/.91 A/R will support 500 to 600 hp, and 155cc to 190cc injectors are recommended
