Introducing the industry's first direct drop-in, non-VGT turbo for the 6.0L Power Stroke—eliminating issues like a seized unison ring and stuck vanes. This turbo installs like stock, supports up to 550 hp, and promises durability.

**Durable Design**  
Our non-VGT replacement turbo features a fixed geometry design, removing the problematic components of the factory Garrett system. Built on the proven Smeding frame, it has no turbine vanes or VGT solenoid failures.

**Easy Integration**  
Designed as a true drop-in upgrade for ’03-’07 Ford models, it fits any aftermarket cold air intake, downpipe, or intercooler piping, using the OEM pedestal mount and oil drain.

**Multiple Options**  
We offer four turbo versions for different power needs:  
- Standard cast: 350-450 hp  
- Billet 63mm: 400-500 hp  
- Billet 64.5mm: up to 550 hp, ideal for drivability and towing  
- Billet SXE-R 63mm: lightweight and competition-focused, also good for towing or daily driving.
